I was just fine. It took them a couple of hours to finish. There were no issues. This was the first time using them.

Warrick arrived on time, conducted the exterior inspection while we waited for my broker, chatted with me to kill some time until the broker arrived, and then patiently and methodically went through the inspection, room by room. Whenever he noticed a problem, he photographed it and documented it all in an electronic report that he then provided to me and my broker via e-mail the next day.
