HEP Construction is a full service design/build general contractor that provides design, planning, permitting and general contracting services. We are committed to operating our business in a manner that benefits the people and the community where we live and work. HEP Construction prides itself on building long-term relationships with our clients. We think seriously about every project we take on because our success is defined by the success of our clients’ projects. We approach every project challenge through the lens of our clients’ goals and objectives. We work in partnership with our clients to help deliver a finished project that we all will be proud to have bear our name. We are proactive and accessible and we are always mindful that we must deliver the absolute best value on every client project, whether it’s large or small. Our established long-term relationships with a broad range of subcontractors and consultants allow us to quickly assemble the appropriate team for both large and small projects. We believe communication is the number one tool of successful projects. We see our most important role in the completion of projects is first and foremost as listeners. Our project managers are well versed in the principles of project management with collectively over 60 years of construction experience. We understand the important role of open and honest communication in delivering quality projects. We take advantage of new technologies to communicate with our clients, staff and subcontractors in a timely fashion so projects stay on schedule and on budget.
