David listened to our goals for the project and patiently worked through several options of floor plans until we found the one that worked best for our family. He answered all of our questions, was very responsive, and quickly changed course if we were not totally satisfied. He deigned a beautiful vaulted ceiling with exposed beams in the master bedroom, and added extra touches to make the space really beautiful. He also adjusted the structural designs to ensure we were up to code, as the project uncovered abnormalities in the old house. David allowed us to have complete control of the aesthetic aspects of the design so our home looks and feels just how we envisioned it. He was a tremendous partner in this project, and was completely courteous, professional, and honest.
