Very responsive and prompt. Quality was okay. What really bothered me was that he said it was $69 but then when he arrived, he clarified that the $69 was only for steam cleaning and any deep cleaning and/or use of cleaning solutions etc would incur an additional charge. I was not comfortable with this bait and switch and we were under a time crunch so had to go ahead despite our concerns about this way of doing business.
