Friendly Movers

We used Friendly Movers for a move from DC to Denver. This business is a scam. First off, we were told that our items would be delivered by June 11th and we didn't get them until July 28th. We had to buy hundreds of dollars worth of stuff just to get by in our new apartment. Second, they promised us a reimbursement for being late that they never paid. This is in their contract! They promised us we'd be reimbursed several times over the phone as well. All lies. Third, they stole a box full of valuable electronics and haven't reimbursed us at all for the missing items. A laptop, playstation, Google homes - all missing. Think it's a coincidence that the only missing box was full of electronics? Come on. This company is awful. I hope others read this and don't repeat my mistakes.

The worst experience of my life they broke my all glass coffee table and stripped the screws to my daughters crib. I still paid them for my services and they have not compensated me for my table with cost 859.00. They were hired to safely move my items and that was not the case because my items was broken Which means they did not successfully perform the service in which they were hired I hope someone can learn from my mistake in hiring them if you want your items to safely arrive at your home I would not hire them This has been the worst experience of my life I regret hiring them and wish I could turn back the hands of time. They also charge me an extra hundred dollars because their mover had to clean up the glass from the table they broke I should not have been charged for their negligence They would not have went over the allotted time had they had not broken my table

They were very good. I highly recommend them. Their price was reasonable.

The 2 guys that packed and loaded our storage unit were great. My complaint is about pricing. I bought a package on Angie's list but still had to pay more have the job done. I was informed of the extra cost when I called to schedule. SO basically the Angie's list deal is just a downpayment. It is not a deal or discount. I will get a quote from them for the next move, but I will just call them directly.

Extremely well. They were able to schedule my move within 2 days. They we punctual, wrapped furniture carefully and quickly loaded the van. The move was without incident. I was very pleased and would use them again.

The crew started late in the day and worked hard until it was done, well into the night. The company and the crew saved the day!

The movers were fantastic. They were there first thing in the morning, right at the beginning of the time window. I have zero complaints, other than 2 items being slightly damaged-- some paint scuffed off. And I didn't see that until several days later.

It went... I would not recommend them

Excellent! The company is very reasonably priced, they showed up promptly, moved everything quickly, and did it all with a smile! The movers were quick and efficient, and even reduced the priced when it took them less time to complete than the original quote. They are a fantastic company through and through.

Horrible. Find a different moving company!

Friendly Movers was referred to me by a friend. They dud a excellent job. We had 3 men that was on time and worked really hard. They took special care of my furniture and never once hit it or scraped , touched a single wall when they packed out my large and heavy items!! They listened to me and cared about my possessions. Thank you job well done!!

Outstanding all the way around! Tyra provided me the quote and scheduled my move. She was timely, accurate and professional. Two movers showed up on time. They were polite, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly with a smile on their face and a great attitude. The movers took exceptional care of all items wrapping each one with care. I would not hesitate to use this company again! They were truly exceptional and the price was competitive and fair.

This was far and away the best moving experience I have had. First, the company was very easy to contact and their website is user friendly. Then the movers arrived on time the morning of the move. Even though I live on the top floor and was moving to another top floor apartment the movers never once complained. And there was NO extra charge! The movers were actually friendly and wrapped each piece of furniture quickly but also really well. The move was supposed to take 3 hours including travel time and they were just under three hours. They accept credit card payments. Oscar was the name of my main mover and he is wonderful! Both he and the other mover were fast and just incredibly nice. They also asked where to place each thing so I wouldn't have to rearrange later. 

Overall, as I said a great experience. The cost is wonderful and they are truly friendly movers. I will use them again for my next move and I have already told all of my coworkers and friends about my experience. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
