I dropped off my posters and prints right before Christmas and picked them up right after the new year. The person helping me choose the frames and mattes was very helpful and provided different estimates corresponding to different frame/matte combinations. While adding the hanging hardware, one of the frames became cracked for which the framer discounted $25. I didn't complain about the defective frame, though I am quite disappointed about it. For whatever reason, their email notification system failed to inform me that my artwork was ready to pick up. Instead, I had to call them after when they estimated the artwork would be ready.

Good experience. Though quite busy, the staff was able to provide ample attention as we ordered the frames, and then set them them up. E-mails were sent out on a regular basis to keep us updated on the status of our order. Very knowledgeable staff. Evening hours, too.

They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a matte color and understood what I wanted right away. Job took less time than they quoted. Great value for the professionalism and quality they provide. I also asked for a quote on a framing job. Their computer system is impressive. Quickly gave me the different rates for different specs. I'm glad to hear that faithful establishments such as Frame of Mine still exist on the Hill. They've been there 24 years! I plan to use their services again. I highly recommend!

THOUGH THE SERVICES AT FRAME OF MINE WAS A LITTLE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, THEY DID GOOD WORK. ALSO, I APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT THEY SUGGESTED THAT IN SOME CASES I SHOULD USE THEIR 'DO IT YOURSELF' SYSTEM SINCE IT WOULD BE CHEAPER.
