Their rates are reasonable. They have a pretty wide selection of equipment. They have power tools, ladders and even cotton candy machines. They are local and convenient. They have decent prices.

They did have a reasonable selection of stuff. Although one of the things I was looking to purchase (a mounting nut for a faucet) was extremely difficult to find, and when I finally found them, they were used, not new. And were still expensive! And they only had two.
Generally they are a reasonable place to buy hardware (I think and quot;Fairand quot; is an aceptable rating, although I would have hoped for a better experience), with the main compliant being the price.

They are a great hardware store. They are knowledgable and helpful. They give good information and advice. They are an excellent all around old fashioned hardware store. The staff is understands the projects your working on and has recommendations on tools and home projects.

Frager's provides an important service by keeping a stock that is deeper and more reliable than much larger stores. Staff is friendly and they generally offer good advice, but recent service in the paint section seems more variable. Prices are very reasonable for an independent store. Parking is not too bad if you bring change for meters or use Parkmobile. Return policy is reasonable, but a bit more restrictive than the large chains.

I have been very fortunate, they have helped me with repairs that I could not even fathom being able to fix. They have provided me several ideas for my yard. They have been able to repair items I didn't know could be repaired. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You can go in with a question and they know the answer, it is truly amazing.
