Last week, we had several days of torrential rain in the DC area and a leak appeared, coming from the ceiling in my bedroom closet. I knew I had to get this flat tar roof repaired, immediately. I was referred to Fanuel Roblero of F&R General Contractors. From the moment he arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He inspected the roof and told me that the roof had several significant cracks and needed to be replaced. He explained exactly what he was going to do and gave me a quote that was more than reasonable and included an 8-year warranty. A few days later he returned with his crew. Several hours of ear-splitting noise later, I had a new roof. He took lots of pictures, so that I could see the work that he and his crew did.
