FOOTE'S PLUMBING

Provider was unable to fix the issue despite coming to my house on two separate occasions.  I called for them to come a third time because they never fixed the problem with my shower and it was still not staying hot for longer than 60 seconds.  They never returned my call after their second visit despite my numerous calls.

They were fine.  They certainly came in a timely manner.  I didn’t have any problems with them.

Great folks to deal with. Mr Foote is a super guy who does the right thing by his customers. The crew came in and finished the rough in in one day and we were set to go. No delays, no problems and done on time. You get a great plumber who does it by code so you have no hassles later on. We totally trust him 100%.

He told me that I need to buy a new toilet and that he could not unclog my tub. He said, That s the best I can do . My toilet was still clogged and my tub was draining even slower. The plumbers that I had used in the past always proved to me that I got the service I paid for. I did not get the service I paid for and my plumbing was worst. I felt cheated. My friend spoke with someone in the office. She knocked $100 dollars off the bill. The most that Herb should have charged me was for a service call, since he did not render the services. I wrote a letter stating the same to the owner of Foote's Plumbing. I felt that I was due a refund. I received no acknowledgment to my letter.

They snaked the drain and ended up having to cut the pipe. They told me the charge up-front and did more work than planned, but stuck with the quoted price. I am going to call them again.

THEY SEEMED TO DO A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY OVER PRICED IN MY OPINION. THEY LOOKED AND ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED.
