Ms. White failed to disclose a dangerous (over the EPA action level) radon level in the house that we purchased from her client. As the seller's agent, it was her ethical duty to disclose this information to us. I checked with the MD real estate board and they concur that this is unethical behavior -- in fact it is one of the central tenets of real estate to disclose this kind of information. When confronted, Ms. White even provided documentation proving that she knew of the unhealthy radon level. If I were planning to sell my home, I would think twice before putting my trust in Ms. White.
Description of Work: This is specifically concerning Mary Lynn White, an agent for Evers and Company real estate. She was the selling agent of the house that my boyfriend and I purchased in August of 2012.
