 + 6 moreThe investment company I run has hired Chris Dietz before. But never again. Read on and you can decide if you should... Details on current renovation with him: He's more than 7 months into a job that, from experience, should take about 3 months. He sited 'health issues' on the delay and then 'went dark'. He hasn't returned calls with a phone call in MONTHS. No new POC given for me to contact. Wait, it gets 'better'... Combo on the lockbox for my company to access the house has been changed! I've been asking for the new combo for weeks. He still hasn't supplied it. Would you hire a person that operates this way?

 + 1 moreThe owner, Chris Dietz, and mason Hector (and team) were very professional and detail oriented. They did a great job doing the repairs at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: On 1880's brick townhouse in DC, replaced horizontal basement window brace, repaired masonry and pointed around the bay bump out and stoops.

 + 0 moreThroughout the process, Mr. Dietz and his team were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the work expeditiously. They were kind and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Dietz has an amazing eye for detail, and it shows -- neighbors are full of praise for the way the facade now looks. I was very pleased, and would recommend Mr. Dietz wholeheartedly.
Description of Work: I contracted Dietz Construction to do exterior trim work on a historic Washington, DC rowhome.
