Hello! I am a military real estate agent licensed in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. I am experienced working with Veterans, the Military, and First-time home Buyers. I am originally from Lima, Peru. In the late 90’s, I moved to Northern Virginia. Following high school, I pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at George Mason University, supplementing my education with a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications. Encouraged by the unwavering support of my family and friends, I transitioned from an engineering career to establish a thriving real estate business, collaborating with some of the top firms in the city. My husband is the former Director of the Mayor’s Office of Veterans Affairs for the District of Columbia. Being a certified military realtor, I take pride in working with members of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard. My portfolio spans penthouses, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. A noteworthy highlight was my involvement in the sale of Vice President Kamala Harris's condo, recognized in both the Washingtonian and House Beautiful.
