Installer was fantastic - great communicator, on time and did very good work. There were some hiccups with the order - wrong size arriving, etc. - which he handled without trouble. I would hire them again.

Custom Decorators Inc.
I went through Costco to order new window treatments for my entire first floor.  Amy Smith of Custom Decorators, Inc. contacted me and we scheduled an appointment.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly and showed me the different options for my windows.  I decided on wooden blinds, and they were recently installed by Jeff.  They are beautifully installed and just stunning.  I?m very happy with both Amy and Jeff, and enjoyed working with them.

I found Amy Smith of Custom Decorators through Costco. Custom Decorators is Costco's authorized vendor of Hunter Douglas window treatments and Amy is one of their local representatives. Amy was very easy to deal with. She brought samples to my home and provided great design advice. The price was unbeatable, especially with the special that Costco was running at the time of my order. Once the order was placed, the staff at the Custom Decorators central office communicated with me regularly about the status of my order. Overall the installation went great, the installer was prompt, polite, and left everything very clean. There were a couple of small glitches with missing parts, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. Overall I am very happy with the products and service.
