CP Designs DESTROYED my family home and left me and my Family homeless. They stole the FHA allotted monies for the job. They left my home unstable and my house was literally according to DCRA Collapsing. The job went left when Ike the owner could not explain to FHA what he had done with the money he had been allotted. He destroyed all the original plaster work, the original floors, and left the original doors to my home outside in the rain. I had to pay to have it all fixed and replaced. The property he took from my home to store during construction he returned to my home damaged. It is still costing me thousands of dollars in legal fees to pursue him court.

I hire this company to remodel my basement. I was very pleased with the work done. It was done in a timely manner as planned and at an affordable cost. Another thing I like about them is the way they clean up after work each day. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
