Costco Wholesale - Washington

They put the tires on, they do everything. I went back because I thought I was losing air and they took care of it for me. Their price is really good too. I can’t remember how long everything took, I think everything went well. The price was good. They are hard to get through to, to be honest. Yes, I would go back to them in the future.

(Price) She's pretty good at shopping around I'm sure I trust her. Responsiveness We took it, they were pretty straight forward to the point. They took care of it. Actually they are very friendly and professional, I mean that kind of, that always makes a difference to go to any establishment they are friendly and professional.

(Price) A "B" also, we hadn't shopped around, thats why i'm not going to give them an "A" had I shopped around I could have compared. (Responsiveness) I would say a "B" also, I mean they seem friendly, they seemed - I mean we had to wait, obviously we were in line with other folks that were coming in. so about a "B". I can't think of anything they could improve on. I mean they were friendly and they were just friendly and directly to the point, we just- yeah, friendly and direct to the point. The car was fine and I was just as good to them.

I bought my tires at this Costco about a year ago. Last month I got a flat. I drove to the Costco on my spare in the morning, thinking they were open. They were not quite open yet, but the supervisor was there performing his opening duties. I told him I would return when they were formally open, but he insisted on helping right then. He stopped what he was doing, assessed the damage and had my tire reinstalled and all tires properly inflated within 15 minutes. I was not charged for any of these services. His customer service was fantastic, and he turned by whole day around!

this is the new service station next to Costco. DC wouldn't let Costco open a gas station so they have another company running it.
the prices are low and they have attendants there to help/answer any questions. The station is still new, so it doesn't have the long lines of other Costco gas stations.
Warning: since it isn't a Costco gas station, you can't use a Costco Cash card, just AmEx or Debit (No Cash).
Also, you need a Costco Membership card to buy gas

Very impressed with the whole process of purchasing new tires at Costco. Service rep was knowledgeable, told me about an upcoming sale for Michelin tires for my car and explained why they were worth the minor additional money over Bridgestones. Installation was smooth and quick. Plus, could do my shopping while waiting. This was also the first time mechanic ever made sure that I came back for an adjustment. Very happy with the price, professionalism and service.

Good service, good prices, and decent selection. Was in and out under an hour. They informed my tire pressure monitoring valves were broken, explained what they were and replaced them. They offer a follow-up check on tire to ensure they are working properly.
