I received positive comments from condominium residents before the work had even been competed. Kevin transformed a small, sad patch of dirt into something that is beautiful, and enhances the historic building behind it. He was professional, prompt, creative, and positive. He was also excellent with communication. The management company for the condominium has already recommended Cordt Gardens to other residents in the neighborhood.
I can confidently give Cordt Gardens the highest recommendation.
They did a good job but they were supposed to get back in touch with me to schedule the rest of the project and they didn’t. They were supposed to come back so we could talk about developing other parts of the yard and putting in new plants, but I never heard from them. I met with someone first who looked at everything and outlined what was needed; I liked him. The crew that came out just came and did the work. The quality of their work is okay but I thought the first guy was going to come out with the crew to make sure they knew which were the weeds and which were the plants. I think you really have to keep on top of them. He said it would be one week before he could get to me but it ended up being longer. They are good at what they do, but you need to stay focused to be sure that they stay focused. I might use them again but they wouldn't be my top choice.
