COMCAST CABLE

Awful.  Have had technicians out several times but internet connectivity remains spotty.  We pay a lot of money to them and just not worth it.  This is a basic service that should be nearly 100% reliably.  We would readily consider other options if they didn't have a monopoly.  Cable service is a little more reliable but is wrong to be charged for using equipment other than theirs, which they also charge for.  Their X1 cable box has better functionality than what they previously had but still lacks some features.

I tried to hire Comcast to provide us with the internet and
cable service because their advertised Price was much lower that the
competitors.
Twice they set an appointment within a window or 4 h. twice I
was stood up with a missing technician that did not even bother calling to say
that he was not going to show up. Both times I had to call Comcast to ask what
was going on, and both times they had rescheduled without consulting with us on
our availability.
They ended up showing up at our house one day they decided
it suited their schedules, but that they had not informed us about. We were at
work, and told them to go home and never come again.
If this is the quality of service they provide to
prospective clients, I cannot imagine how bad it would be for those that are
already locked in with a contract.

Violated my rights to access to reasonable public accommodations of my disability.
Cardiac, lung disease requires I have phone on each floor.
Especially, since I also have osteoporosis.
Refuses to provide invoice or credit of any kind.
Damaged my  8 year old furniture and left without answering  my questions or helping in any way.
While I leaving door open despite,
a) having been alone, and I have a cat.
b) knowing I live alone and have a lot of stuff in my home.
I was shocked thoroughly !
