+ -1 moreno one showed, no one called, nothing. and after reaching back out to them, it's now 3 days later i still haven't heard anything from them. not a "sorry something came up", a "find someone else", nothing. very disappointed, and dissatisfied. very poor costumer service and communication.
Description of Work: was working with them to come and do a repair job for us of 3 doors at our location. scheduled an appt, and cleared my schedule so that i could be available during the time block they gave me.

+ 0 moreI called Best Window & Glass to see about repairing a broken pain of glass. He was able to come the same day. While he was there, I decided to see about the casement window that had water between the pains, and he was able to replace the glass for me. I then decided to have an attic window replaced. All three services were done within 5 days of each other. Arrival time was exactly when stated, and there were no surprises. I felt I got a fair price and quality workmanship.
Description of Work: Reglaze pain in window, replace insulated glass for casement window, install new energy efficient window in attic bedroom.
