I noticed a leak in the roof when snow melted. Sebastian of Bello Improvement visited as soon as it was safe to inspect the roof. He quickly found a worn-away rubber around a hatch flashing as cause of the leak. He and his colleague fitted new rubber all around the roof securing chimney stacks and parapet flashings and then applied a new fiber aluminum coat in one day. Sebastian, who was recommended to me by a neighbor, responded quickly and explained options well. He has great confidence in his work due to his extensive experience with similar houses and his attention to detail. He offered a three year guarantee on all works. With Sebastian you get the benefit of a small business where the owner takes pride in his work and feels truly responsible. I recommend Sebastian unreservedly.

Iâ ve had several workers come to service my home and Sebastian has done the best work by far. His pricing is fair and he is dedicated to his work. When I thought my roof was leaking after repair, he came over right away to address the problem. He even helped me hold another contractor accountable for shoddy work installing a new AC unit on my roof. I will be hiring Sebastian for all of my future roofing needs.

Sebastien has done work for me over many years and several of my friends and neighbors. He is honest, highly competent and takes the time to explain things to customers (supported by videos and photos). He and his team have randomly stopped by to just check their work months later.
