They are not too bad and I have used them for a long time. I have direct deposit. I don't like their fees, they are too high. I have had very good people there. Their responsiveness is great. I don't have anything bad to say about their punctuality.

What a waste of time dealing with Bank of America. After four months of supplying the bank with documents, sometimes more than once because so much time had passed, paystubs and bank statements were out of date by the time anyone looked at them, I finally told them to go to %^&**. What unbelievable idiots. One person after another would handle the account and each one would ask the same thing.

I will never conduct business with BofA again and will advise all who would listen to do the same. It is a wonder to me they are still in business given these events and others of recent years. If you conduct any business with them, which I strongly advise against, get confirmation of all business transactions in writing.

I would tell others to go somewhere else besides Bank of America. The quality of service is fine, there are just some things I don't like. I tell them when I want my mortgage paid and they don't do it till that night at 8:00. I want them to take it on a certain date and they wait almost another whole day to pay it. I'm stuck with them so I have to continue to use them.

I am handicapped and they are very helpful. Somebody comes out to may car and assists me to get into the bank when I pull in. They get my walker out of my car. They are very responsive. They are just very good. Some of their prices are a little bit higher than I would like. They are very professional. I have been using them for about 20 years, and I will continue to use them.

They are a good bank. The bankers who I have seen there were nice. I have never had a bad experience with them. I would use them again in the future.

Ended up going with another company. Never did get an explaination from BofA what happened or why the loan fell apart. My husband and I have equity in our home, and have exceptional credit.

Horrible!! And the last Customer Service rep I spoke with, named "Kevin," had the audacity to scold me for being angry because they had utilized my money for three weeks when they should never have had it in the first place. The Nazis did a better job with customer service than these people.

The Bank of America sent a collections representative to survey my neighbor's house. Their rep entered our yard (without asking our permission) to take pictures of that neighbors house. He left our gate open, where our 3 year old child could escape, when he left. I called up the number that he left with my neighbor (1-800-846-2222) and could not get an apology nor a return call from their managers.

By the time I talked with Jason, I had been "shopping" for a mortgage for awhile. I was amazed at how many people said "I'll get back to you" and then had to be nagged into "getting back to me" as promised. From the start, Jason was highly responsive and reachable. As a first-time home buyer, I had more than one or two questions. Jason answered them all. He was very respectful despite the fact that some of my questions surely were highly naive. I did not quite qualify for an ACORN loan (my income-to-debt ratio again was a problem), but Jason said that for me, a Bank of America 80/20 loan for which I qualified would be very nearly as good as an ACORN loan. When I asked him if I could see a "pretend estimate" as if I did qualify for an ACORN, just so I could see for myself, he cheerfully did so; he was not at all threatened by the request. In sum: Jason was sensitively attuned to my unique needs. He is an extraordinarily nice person who really, sincerely wants to be helpful.
