LaVonne was great. She was professional and did a great job. We both missed a piece that was buried in the bottom of the packaging. She came back the same day after finishing a job in Waldorf late at night and completed installed the missing glass shade.

LaVonne was able to immediately detect the problem and resolve it. I appreciate her responsiveness, honesty and professionalism as this is a rental property. I would definitely use her again with any other problems on my properties. I referred her to a neighbor who had a more detailed electrical issue. Her attention to detail and persistent until job was completed was appreciated.

Everything went well from the time she walked in my house, as far as customer service, until the time she left! She also made me aware of every step she had to do to get my Tv on the wall just to make sure I was okay with the procedure! I really respect when she did that because I felt comfortable with her working and being cautious! Once she was finished I was really amazed at how sturdy & straight my TV was hung up on my wall. I'm actually buying another TV this weekend and have another appt set. I would highly recommend this company any day!!!

Customer service was amazing. Very personable and professional; explained all aspects of the job in detail with the price range. All labor done within a reasonable time frame; cleaned up, took the trash and followed up to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Wonderful experience.
