The level of customer service was poor, the lack of professionalism was unmatched, and the outcome was even more disappointing. After nearly 10+ hours, multiple visits, and an attempt to try to set me up with his brother, I have a holes in my wall, a tv that is not centered, 1 sound bar that does not work, and another with fluctuating sound. As a last-ditch effort, I granted him one last opportunity to address the issues. We decided on 3 to 4 pm. Confirmed via text. He sent a msg around 3 pm on the day of service asking if 6 pm worked. I reminded him of the agreed upon window. He arrived 2+ hours late and was combative. I asked for a partial refund for the work not completed and the wall patch. Even though I was clear in my communications, he insisted he was close and did not understand why I was no longer available. He sent a message stating I was being -hard on him- He was late, treated me poorly, and expected to just arrive at a time that was convenient for him to apparently stay for as long as he wanted. He just assumed I was going to let him do whatever whenever. He did not respect my decision. He then insisted he needed to uninstall the sound bar. Although he was late, he still wanted to come into my home and further inconvenience me. He even argued that he was not late. Chris refused to issue a refund until I let him uninstall the existing units. Everything has to be on his terms. Even though I am the offended party. My system is still not integrated. My sound bars do not work. He did not mind inconveniencing me at every turn, wasting my time (at least 3 to 4 days of work), or taking advantage of my kindness or taking my money. I have yet to receive a refund. I now have to pay someone to take down the units and patch the wall. As a woman, I do not feel that he respected me, my time, my decisions, or my wishes. I am convinced that if I were a man, I would not have been treated with so much disregard. I now plan to file a formal complaint with the BBB and the DC AGs office to recoup a portion of what I am owed.

We hired them to do the wiring necessary to move our computer and if I in a different room. Chris and Terry did the work and I canâ t praise them enough. They were Capable, professional, above and beyond what was necessary. They even fixed a printer before they left. I would hire them again.

We had a short in the telephone wiring in our house. We were resigned to believe that it couldn’t be fixed and that we’d have to install new wiring to preserve our landline or give it up entirely. Chris of All-In-One contacted me almost immediately and came to the house the same day we entered our info into Angi. He expertly pinpointed and fixed the problem. He clearly is knowledgeable about communications systems and we were very lucky to have been connected with his company. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommend. Recommended a solution that was not only cost effective but did not require holes all over my house. They converted my existing phone lines into ethernet and added ethernet wiring to hard to reach places. They were prompt and professional. As I said, Highly Recommend. Another well known retail chain sent out people gave me an estimate on a system that was not needed at a significantly higher cost. You cannot go wrong with this Chris and his company.

Christopher and Terry were great. They installed all the cables we needed and even took care of some problems we had not considered previously.

I hired All in One to install an Alexa system through the house. It included installing a video doorbell and connecting it to devices in various parts of the house. The technician, Terry was punctual, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to work with. i would eagerly call All in One for anything. They were the first company to respond to my Angi listing. They were able to schedule my work promptly. Definitely a 5 star rating.
