 + 2 moreThe contractor and his team were very professional and performed quality work. They demolished all plaster walls, sandstone tiles, toilet, and sink. They also added an additional 6" to the powder room. They installed new plumbing, framing and sheetrock walls. I purchased several higher end items to replace the toilet, sink and tile. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and the powder room looks great.

 + 0 moreHernan and his team were punctual and professional. They cleaned up daily and created a nice master bathroom where we previously had none. The price was fair, the work quality was good, and the entire team was kind and professional. No fighting or arguments. They were even able to work with some new technology- radiant floor system, linear drain and did so without complaint. Not only would I use their services again I am planning to for another big project.
Description of Work: They completed a new second floor full bath. This included running all of the necessary new plumbing, framing, electrical, drywall, tile work, etc. A complicated job in a row house.

Description of Work: Provide complete renovation of two full bathrooms, another half bathroom, removed a portion of a wall by sratiwell to open up the floorplan, and painted enitire stairwell and accent wall.

 + -1 moreWe've used this contractor for several projects, from adding a two story addition to our private home to working on repairs for our rentals. This contractor is dependable and has always done a great job and completed the jobs. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure he understands what needs to be done.
Description of Work: Performed general household repairs on a rental property: a. Adjusted front exterior door so it opens and closes properly. b. Repaired several electrical outlets that stopped working. c. Repaired water damaged wall (caulk around windows and waterproofed bricks on the exterior). d. Caulk around kitchen sink to prevent water fron leaking in the base cabinet and back wall. e. Repaired light fixture on ceiling fan. f. Recaulked tiles in shower stall. g. Repaired Bedroom doors and knobs so the doors stay closed. h. Installed a standard sliding door latch to secure a door. i. Increase water flow to the sink Faucet.
