Agon Management focuses on rental properties in Washington DC, Northern VA, and Montgomery County, MD. We manage property for all types of individuals and associations, but our specialty is the individual property owner, especially those of whom may have never intended on being landlords but now find themselves in need of property management services. We understand that, along with offsetting your mortgage payment, one of your main concerns is coming back to your property (whether to live in again or when you eventually sell) and finding it in the same condition as when you left it. They have been managing my apartment for most of this year and have handled several minor repairs, etc. that have come up during that time. They have arranged for contractors to do some work in response to my requests and it has been completed quickly. They have always collected rent on time and direct deposited it to my account.
I recommend them for managing condos in D.C. because:
(1) they are located in the city and can reach the apartment quickly when needed, and
(2) their prices are very reasonable. I had been paying significantly more with a different provider and have not noticed any difference in service.
