 + -1 moreThey did an outstanding job advertising my condo through many forums, including Craigslist and all the major realty websites. The advertisement was extremely well written. They found a tenant with good credit very quickly. They have been managing my apartment for most of this year and have handled several minor repairs, etc. that have come up during that time. They have arranged for contractors to do some work in response to my requests and it has been completed quickly. They have always collected rent on time and direct deposited it to my account. I recommend them for managing condos in D.C. because: (1) they are located in the city and can reach the apartment quickly when needed, and (2) their prices are very reasonable. I had been paying significantly more with a different provider and have not noticed any difference in service.
Description of Work: Agon Management has been managing my condo in D.C. for most of 2014. They also advertised for and found a new tenant last spring.
