When I stopped by few days later to pick up the laptop, Mr.Fard told me that their office had a problem with a phone line, and he could not process my payment by a credit card. I did not have enough cash on me. Mr.Fard insisted I took the laptop and mailed check later. His comment was:"We need to help each other out in life."
If God forbid I ever have a problem with laptop I am running with it to Mr.Fard - I trust his ethics and professionalism. I like the treatment I received: it felt like the provider will do everything to help me out fast and ask a fair price for it.
He was very nice.
Was able to recover all my files, and he re- installed everything for me.
It did't take long to fix it.
I didn't think the price was bad at all.
He was good.
