Manager Jay Rushing, and Noe Delgado have been terrific... as well as Travis, Olin, and the rest of the team very helpful.
Former manager, Jennifer Ward, now working at another ACE store elsewhere,
I've purchased hundreds of dollars of stuff from them from painting and
hardware to lawn and garden supplies and they really stand behind their
stuff, making returns with no questions asked.
They also have helped repair a number of tools and appliances, solving tricky problems, at no charge.
I had problems getting keys to work when changing locks in my old home,
installing new locks to be keyed to match existing locks... they cut
keys over and over at no charge to try to get them to match and finally
rekeyed my new lock to match, again at no charge, so all match now.
Similarly, my electric drill quit working, as did a large searchlight.. They took
them apart, diagnosed the problem, and got them working again.
They also carry replacement batteries for power tools that I could not find anywhere else.
And, finally, they send me $5 gift cards frequently...

They fixed my lawnmower, they did a great job. I asked them a bunch of questions, and they were really nice about it and understanding. I really like them a lot.

This is a great hardware store and is very close to my house so very convenient. I like how friendly people are in the store - the employees seem to actually enjoy working there - which is so refreshing. I also find them to know a lot and are able to answer questions very well - and get help from someone else when they don't know the answer. My only complaint is that I went in to get paint and brought something that I wanted the person to match. The color wasn't what I expected when we painted the room. We will need to do it over again sometime (but its a big job). I learned though that it would probably be better to do the match myself with the paint samples available at the store.

When I first walked in, a salesperson greeted me almost immediately and asked whether I needed any help. I told him what I was trying to do, and he immediately went to the right aisle and pulled down the right tool. I bought it, brought it home, and was able to detach my old plates and install the new ones in a matter of minutes.
