The windows were delivered in the correct sizes and on time. One window, however, arrived from the manufacturer with a 2.5" crack on the exterior sill. Woodbury Supply asked for a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement window for us the same day, delivering it when it arrived, for no charge.

The huge job in our view was amazingly well handled and speedy; over 2 days Woodbury Supply had installed our 25 new windows without any problem. The guys who installed were professional, quick and really adept at this kind of work. The project was beautifully done and perfectly managed. The windows are phenomenal, giving us more warmth in our old 1920s home, and providing more quiet from the traffic sounds on the busy street we live on. The price was better than quotes we received from other contractors we talked to. Also our price includes windows that were not just primed, but painted to our specifications, (done before delivery) and installation.
