On the negative side, I have noted above: dealing with the finance manager in paying for the car was most unpleasant. He just wanted to rush us thru the process and seemed put upon if we took too long in reading some of the fine print with a comment from him stating "obviously, you have never purchased from West Chevrolet before', as if to say he does not make mistakes after noting his "32 years of experience." Well, two errors on the paperwork were found and needed correction by him and he appeared agitated at having to do over, asking us to wait out in the showroom with no apology offered. While waiting, we spoke to another salesman who voiced an opinion regarding email responses to customers, saying that there "were too many" and somehow this was "stressfull" for most salesman; this while he was standing in showroom gazing into the lot. Not a good sales practice to voice this wrong opinion to a customer.
We left the dealership with our new used vehicle, feeling relieved to drive away. No follow up phone call was ever received from the salesman - another negative. Overall, not a pleasant experience in buying. We are happy with our car but when we shop again for another used car, will look elsewhere.
UPDATE: Salesman did follow up in early December
