These guys are the best. We called them after being fleeced by a plumbing company on an emergency call (including being overcharged for the time worked), and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and attention we got from Professional Pump. Smart and knowledgeable, they were very generous with information and time, answering all of our many questions about water holding tanks and what would and would not work for our well/pump/tank configuration. Their prices were hundreds of dollars less than another plumbing company, and they gave us enough information to decide for ourselves what kind of water tank we needed - they also disclosed that the tank another plumbing company recommended to us would have required annual servicing and maintenance while other types of tank do not. Excellent emergency service as well. Having problems with your water is always unpleasant and never convenient. These guys make it bearable. We're only using Professional Pump from now on, and we're recommending them enthusiastically to our neighbors, too!
