About 6 months after completing the work three of the large drawers would not open and close correctly. I contacted Christian and he came out to see what the issue was, he found that the drawer "boxes" appeared to be warped and out of square. He suggested that we see if the drawers would straighten out after a dryer winter season. I called him back after seasonal changes and he found that the drawers were still the same and agreed via several emails to return to rebuild and correct the "warranty" work he owed us. After several hopeful emails from Christian, he has still failed to show up to complete the correction work. I feel bad having to place this negative report, but we now have an almost worthless built-in, and feel we were grossly misguided by his promises to make good on repaires.
