Founded in 1986 by Thomas Wilkinson as an entrepreneurial venture, the company has continuously grown in the janitorial services field. With a full time staff of over twenty administrative, supervisory, technical, sales, and support employees and a part/full time staff of over 400 service employees, Advantage Maintenance conducts multi-shift operations from its office and warehouse facility located in the New Haven suburb of Woodbridge. Advantage Maintenance recognizes the difference between sales and service as experienced by the client.
