Advantage Maintenance, Inc. is a privately held Connecticut corporation with a client base consisting of corporate facilities, commercial properties, medical facilities, municipalities, educational institutions, and industrial plants. Founded in 1986 by Thomas Wilkinson as an entrepreneurial venture, the company has continuously grown in the janitorial services field. With a full time staff of over twenty administrative, supervisory, technical, sales, and support employees and a part/full time staff of over 400 service employees, Advantage Maintenance conducts multi-shift operations from its office and warehouse facility located in the New Haven suburb of Woodbridge.
