Advantage Maintenance Inc., has been serving Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York, with professional commercial janitorial and maintenance services since 1986. Our clients include many property management companies as well as multi-tenant office buildings, major corporations, financial institutions, medical facilities, schools and manufacturing facilities. Combining the most up to date technology with more than 30 years of experience makes Advantage Maintenance Inc. the preferred choice of businesses and industries throughout our service area. Advantage Maintenance, Inc. is a privately held Connecticut corporation with a client base consisting of corporate facilities, commercial properties, medical facilities, municipalities, educational institutions, and industrial plants. Founded in 1986 by Thomas Wilkinson as an entrepreneurial venture, the company has continuously grown in the janitorial services field. With a full time staff of over twenty administrative, supervisory, technical, sales, and support employees and a part/full time staff of over 400 service employees, Advantage Maintenance conducts multi-shift operations from its office and warehouse facility located in the New Haven suburb of Woodbridge. Advantage Maintenance recognizes the difference between sales and service as experienced by the client. All too often, service companies sell image and promises while the reality experienced by the client may very well not be in line with those images or promises. This not only can lead to disappointment for the client, but can also lead to lost business, a less than favorable reputation, and a high account turnover rate. Knowing the difference between image, promises, and the reality that a customer experiences, we consistently strive to place customer service at the center of our business model. As a service business, there can be nothing else but customer complete satisfaction as the entire focus of all of the company’s activities. The management of Advantage Maintenance, Inc. consists of seasoned service industry professionals with extensive field, operations, sales, and administrative backgrounds. All senior management personnel possess the experience and capability to function in a variety of key roles at any given time. This 􀃸exibility eliminates decision making lag time and puts the client’s needs first. Each client is setup in our Cleantelligent electronic communication system which opens lines of communication to any management level and department of our firm. We constantly remain visible and accountable as the Cleantelligent software keeps documented logs of messages, quality inspections, and work order response times.
