We called them because our pool was losing water.  The crew (college students on the swim team) came and swam underwater looking for a hole in the liner.  They wanted payment that first day, but told us that they come back as many times as it takes to find the problem.  I should have been leery hearing that!  They couldn't find anything that pointed to where the water was leaking.  We played a "wait and see" game for a week and a half while they came a few more times and plugged and then unplugged returns and the skimmer.   The crew had limited work hours because of their college class schedules.  We kept losing water!  They wanted us to "trust them" while they did the same things for another week and a half.  By then our pool water would have been ruined.  We decided to cut our losses and contacted an experienced reputable pool company.  They came the next day, identified the problem and resolved it within two hours!  We've been able to enjoy our pool for the rest of the warm extended season this year.

They were responsive, fixed the issue promptly and correctly. The price was reasonable too.

Work was done well. Ownership of the project was great. Communication could have been slightly better. While I appreciated they were taking the steps necessary to finish the project, I often had to call to find out what was going on.

They scheduled an appointment with me to assess the pool and also to provide an estimate. they called me back with the estimate and also sent it to me via email and by mail. When it was time to remove the pool, they completed the job within a day, and left the job site in very good condition. The owner, Tim, even came back to the house the next day to make sure there was no debris left behind. They were fast, professional and clean. If I had a pool, I would consider hiring them again.

THEY MADE VERY QUICK WORK OF THIS SITUATION. THEY SAID IT WAS A FAIRLY COMMON PROBLEM, AND IT WOULDN'T TAKE BUT A FEW MINUTES, AND THEY WERE TRUE TO THEIR WORD.
