STILL the motor and that the aftermarket motor I had purchased was
garbage. Leary of the explanation, I let them change out the motor and
lo and behold - they were right. It was a crap motor. They've been out
for some other things before as well - servicing the filter, etc.
Happy with them and will continue using them as long as they treat me
right, which has thus far been the case. :)
I had to wait a few days to use the water as the sludge had been stirred up and made the water brown. I also had to clean the filters in several faucets because they were clogged with sludge. Not anything that they caused, just a result of the work performed. Totally satisfied with their service.
