When I S Masony came to look at the job they gave me an estimate of what the cost would be. This estimate depended on what material was going to be used. The contractor explained the difference in the two different materials considered. I also asked if a leak coming through my hatchway could be repaired. An inspection of the hatchway was done and he thoroughly explained what needed to done in order to correct that problem. The contractor being local invited me to see the work he performed at other jobs as well as his home. Once the price was agreed upon I S returned with a contract detailing the work to be done and a deposit was given. I S called and kept me abreast of the day and time the work would be started. The work was delayed due to inclement weather. However the work was done in a timely fashion and all during each aspect of the job I was kept abreast of everything with calls to me letting me know of the time of arrival.. The pavers were laid in a day and suggestions made by the contractor to enhance the appearance of the job were suggested and done. During demolition of the existing patio to the installation of the pavers every aspect of the process was explained. I S Masonry made sure that I was satisfied throughout the whole project. I would rate them A+ in quality of work and customer service.

It was made. Very simple he texted me, I sent pictures. He sent his father over to do the job the best way he could with no help. I would recommend them to anyone.

They contacted me the day of my initial request and we had the job quoted & finished within a week or so of that first phone call.
