Bova construction

My business partners and I took all our savings and based renovations for a investment property on a quote given to us by Bova construction in writing and signed contract. The work was delayed by unforeseen permits but nothing compared to the workmanship and lack there of by bova construction. Nearing the end of the job the bad experience got worst. The contractor now over our deadline by months misappropriated funds and went over budget without completing the job. He rarely supervises his own crew or subcontractors, and has just generally made this an experience we would never want to repeat. We had workers and subcontractors requesting payment of funds owed to them but had already been paid by our company per contract. So we know that we are not just overreacting to a normal situation.Since this is obvious a lack of professionlism and would be a breach of contract but we did not put in late payment penalties but didnt realise that there was an escape clause which we investigating. But we would like to report this outfit to make it a matter of record and hopefully avoid anyone from going through this anguish. This company is not to be trusted.
