Job-1-We had already taken our computer around to some of the ''large franchise computer stores'' and had been told that the 1000 pictures were totally lost when our c-drive crashed. A friend who we talked to about our problem told us about Bruce Haynes. At first both Bruce and his partner Adam, after working for some time on the computer, thought that the pictures may be lost but they persisted. Brain storming they indeed found a way to recover all but ten pictures. These pictures included our grandchild's 1st year of life so we were overjoyed. This kind of determination on their part was, we feel, the only reason we now have these ''lost pictures''. Job-2-When we decided to update our computer to Windows 2000 Bruce once again was called. He not only installed the new format but he helped us learn how to use it. He also reformatted our external hard drive to match as well as installed a quicked CD burner. Any time we have called him with any question he is there ready to help us.
