flooring contractor, hardwood floor
 + 0 moreHORRIBLE I paid on time and in full Owner was neglectful and work was shoddy It was heart breaking experience
Description of Work: Owner confessed his crew botched the job. owner not on site as job was performed owner was paid in full owner and crew took months to review the lousy job owner was unable to fix the mistake and then took out a key piece of wood in front of stair, causing more danger. Owner then promised a partial rebate - over 4 months and waiting, despite over 30 calls and emails and his hand written note to "make good" It was one of the worst experiences with a local contractor and extremely upsetting
