Went well from the beginning, the owner of the company is a very likeable guy, he seemed more honest than two other contractors interviewed. I explained from the beginning I would pay extra for top quality products. He re-assured me I would get the best. I believed him. I was impressed that he could start the next day. The demo went OK and was done in one day. My house had a layer of dust everywhere-I thought that was normal. When it came time to start the job, that's where everything went from bad to worse. The sheetrock was not done at all correctly-huge gaps everywhere, fixture cut-outs were way off. I confronted the owner, and he said wait until its done. Well, I did and it was bad, I was not happy at all. The whole job went like this, the tile job, the painting, the plumbing etc.. I had to hire a professional plumber to fix all the mistakes, cost me $1600.00. The plumber also mentioned the tub was not set in mortar and would eventually crack. He was right, I tested the tub by standing in it and it started cracking immediately. I cannot use anything in the bathroom. It has to be gutted and totally redone. There are so many other details I could talk about, but I simply don't have the time. If you elect to use this company, you will regret it.

Excellent with tile, missed several spots for sealing the tile, kitchen work was done very well, damaged wood flooring with gouges, knicks, unevenness. His son did the wood floors and stairs and it was a mess. Stairs were initially not sanded but coated; then 2nd time around sanded and coated over the dust. He then said he would do it himself. It was worse. I had to have a total different company come and repair the floors and do the work
