He was interested in repairing the roof, the wood under the shingles. He didn't make us do the whole thing over. He made spot repairs as needed. He needed wood and he took some of the decking boards from the old porch, which had been pulled off for the well. He said these boards will work fine, we don't have to go to a lumber yard to get new wood. These old decking boards will work fine. He was flexible and resourceful. Timing was a problem but that had somewhat to do with the weather. He kept putting us off but had to do with the weather. He had to wait until the weather forecast was for a totally clear day and a half. He was punctual. He did call us and he did talk to us. But within the parameters of how roofers work he was punctual.
