Great, we have had this company before for tree work, a little pricey, but within the ball park as we had other quotes as well. Job of cutting trees down was day one, and the second day was removal of the logs and fixing and reseeding the lawn. We had to use the neighbors yard to access, so they brought in topsoil and fixed lawn to neighbors satisfaction. We were happy with the work, our yard to hard to access so the crane they used took care of the problems.

It was a lot better priced than another trees service. So, this was the best priced for the same work. The service was good. They were very professional once they got here.

It was the lowest pricing by significant amount.  They got back to me within 4 or 5 days, which is good.

We received a free estimate and agreed to the quote.  They arrived when they said they would, and did the work they said they would.  There was minimal damage to the lawn and surrounding vegetation.  We have an acre of wooded land and need tree work every two years or so and we will definitely use them again.

This company was excellent from start to finish.  The arborist came out and gave an estimate on the spot.  I called there office to get their insurance information, and a copy of their information was sent out promptly.  Any communication with the office was handled very efficiently.  I was called the day before the work was to be done (as requested ).  The two gentlemen showed up 8:30 as arranged.   They expertly  handled their "bucket"  truck to  avoid my electrical wires and get the three trees down.  All work was done as requested, and they cleaned up the area very nicely.  They were done by around 1:30.    I called their office with my credit card number the next day, and the charge was as pre-arranged.  I couldn't be happier with this company and their work.  I would recommend them to anyone.

From the start to the end, everything went well.  Of the folks I had look at the job, Jeff provided a solution at a reasonable price.  Of the folks I talked to, he made me feel the most comfortable.  I made the right decision going with Grimshaw.

Start to finish the entire crew, salesman - Jeff and the office Mgr. - Amy were professional, personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I and neighbors on both sides of our house all said how impressive and efficient the crew was. They had to deal with telephone and electric wires and their precision in lifting limbs over our neighbors house was handled with precision. At the end of the day there was no evidence they had a huge crane in the driveway and had to be partially on grass. They put down protective pads and the entire job and outcome was EXCELLENT!  I would highly recommend using them.  They are now our go-to tree vendor.

I always turn to Grimshaws when I have tree work done. They always arrive on time, confirm with me what they will be doing, work hard and cleanup any debris. While they work they are careful of other trees, gardens and the lawn. I heartily recommend them.

I am so impressed with this company!  Jeff provided a thorough estimate of all the work to be done.  I asked for his advice on other trees on my property, and he actually suggested that I don't spend money on getting rid of trees that won't cause damage to the house. He gave so many cost saving options for me.  I couldn't believe that he didn't want a deposit, and they won't take any payment until all the work is done and I am completely satisfied with everything.  What company does that these days???  Because of the rainy weather, the work had to be postponed by a week. Amy would always call me with updates and wanted to make sure I was okay with it.  I wasn't home when the work was completed and I called the office to ask if I could make my payment after checking the work.  They were perfectly fine with it...the work was done on Friday and I made my payment on Monday.  Everything was done perfectly.  They cleaned up the areas where they did all the work, and they didn't wreck my yard.  Unbelievable!

They were very easy to work with and they did a great job.  The two trees that they removed were in a difficult area around our home. They had to use a crane to lift the sections over our home. They were very clean and picked up after themselves.  Their pricing was very competitive with others in the area.

The crew did an excellent job and fully explained the pruning to the cherry tree. I will definitely use Grimshaw in the future.

The company was quick to respond when I asked for an estimate. An arborist came to the house when promised and took the time for me to explain in detail what I was looking to have done. He gave his professional opinion on how best to meet my needs. The estimate was provided before left. Once I approved for the work to be done the company kept me informed of work schedules. This was a big job and took two days. The work was done efficiently and exactly as I requested. They used several types of equipment and a crew of men. It was amazing to see how they used the crane, aerial bucket chipper and stump grinder. The crew was professional all the way. It was a great experience.

Good, quality mulch.  Reasonable pricing, including a decent delivery fee.  I ordered a bunch of mulch, and they dumped it right where I asked them to, on a large tarp spread out in the driveway and yard.  I highly recommend them.

Sometimes tree services companies leave a mess behind, but they did what they said they were going to do and they did not break anything. I had some special requests that they accommodated.

He is excellent. Very proficient and prompt. Overall, a very nice man.
