They took care of it for free. If you get a problem with your tire, they take care of it. We are their oldest customer.

I called ahead on a Monday morning because my car wouldn't start and told them I was bringing my car in. They serviced the car that day and it was done when I left work.
I've been having a repeating problem with camshaft position sensors. I notified the shop of the history of the problem and they were very responsive to my comments. They listened and took note of having to replace this part (at another shop) 11 months ago. They also contacted my manufacture to see if there were any other bigger problems at work.
Snow tires were mounted and well balanced. They did a good job balancing the tires they felt great at highway speeds.

They have always been honest with us. I have never felt like they are gouging us or that they are trying to get away with stuff or jacking up the bill. It does not seem like they are looking for work that does not need done. They are very on top of things and have always taken good care of us. They have been taking care of the same car since 2001 and have kept it going, I have been very pleased with them.

I have been taking my cars there for many years. The Honda is new so it hasn't had major issues yet, but I used to have an old VW Passat which had lots of problems and they always fixed it. What I like the most about them is that their location is convenient for me and also that they provide great personal service.
