A woman's touch services came out to survey my yard give an estimate to install fencing. They were told of all trees and root systems up front. They were not concerned and quoted $2900. Upon installing the fencing, it was uneven and they had cut around a lilac push to install a panel, leaving an unappealing hole in the fence panel. In addition, they did not close off the fence entirely so there was risk of my dogs getting out of the yard. They were told the main reason for installing the fence was to keep the dogs secured in the yard. I asked them to come out and fix the hole, close off the gap in where dogs could escape and attempt to even out the panels. They claimed the ground was uneven in spots, that's why the panels were uneven. They did not contact me prior to any issues they ran into, they just created workarounds. They did come back and rectify 2 of the 3 issues however the biggest issue after the fence was fully installed was that they installed the panels backwards. The finished side of the fence is facing my property, not my neighbors. The neighbors have complained and after numerous attempts to get this resolved with provider, they have not contacted me or offered any resolution. They ignore my communications and have disappeared.
They are unprofessional and refuse to correct their errors or even reply back to me as their customer. I think this is extremely poor business practice. I will be forced to seek legal counsel or another method of action to get this resolved. I would not recommend this company for ANY home services, as they have proven to be unprofessional, non-responsive and lack business ethics. To walk away from a customer who is unsatisfied without attempting to work with them on a resolution proves this.
