I've just had Wayne remove eight(8) trees along with the stumps. They arrived on time as promised and finished when promised. Great job and great price! I would encourage anyone to hire them for any of your tree service needs

My elderly mother needed trees removed in her yard. Wayne quoted a reasonable price and a crew came and cut down multiple trees. She paid him about 60% of the cost when the trees were cut down. The PROBLEM is that no one has showed up to remove the trees, grind the stumps, and clear the yard. This has been after multiple calls and promises to come out each following WEEK. Now he doesn't answer the phone....I live out of state and this is very frustrating.

This was my second times using Wayne and his crew. We were satisfied for work they did the first time. They had to cut down couple of trees on a slope leaning toward the power line. His price was reasonable and his crew did a fantastic job (fast) then last October Wayne called and asked if I want to take down the tree in front of the living room. Since they did a great job the first time, I agreed for his crew to take down the tree and haul it away for me. Again, his crew did a nice job cutting down the tree and told me that they will come back next day to haul out the tree which is laying on the slope pointing downward onto the road underneath. I also paid him full in cash. Well next day turned into next week; and Winter turned into the Spring. Last week, I texted Wayne again but this time, I asked if he can just cut up the tree since I don't have a chainsaw this big and told him that I would haul the tree trunks away. He texted back with "this Sunday". Today is Monday and take a guess? This is why I am writing this review.

From start to finish everything went perfect. Wayne responded quickly to my request for a quote, which was actually less than I anticipated and scheduled the work for the very next day. The workers arrived right on time (maybe even a few minutes early) and the tree was removed before I even had to leave for work. I will be calling them again next spring for a quote on grinding a huge stump in my backyard. Lastly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. Good job on clean-up, although some pickup required and holes where trees were felled needed to be filled and seeded.

The crew (4 men) showed up right on time and began to work. They were extremely careful as several of the trees were leaning towards the house and dropped them carefully away from the structure. Had to use the bucket truck to cut down one of the trees and did so carefully. They hauled all the brush from the trees and 2 large brush piles and chipped it into their truck to be hauled away. They raked up all the sticks and sawdust and blew the remaining sawdust into the woods. Terrific job. Thanks Wayne.

Wayne was initially very good, going over everything with my husband, walking the property. He said he would need to come back to remove the stumps. It turned out he subcontracted this work to someone else who did not complete the job. My husband and I both contacted him and he said he would resolve the problem, but did not. I would not recommend or hire him again.

Large limbs were cut and left stuck in trees. Workers returned and stole property from my home. I learned from police that there are multiple cases against the workers of this company for stealing from its customers. They will case your property and return at odd times to learn when you are home and when you are not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can call any police department in Farmington Valley to vet this review.

I found Wayne to be forthright honest and hard working. His two young counterparts were quite adept at getting the job done quickly and efficiently. When all was said and done the cleanup barely indicated that there had been trees there except for the stumps he will remove these in the spring

The service was good. They yard was cleaner than before they came. It took him a while to get back to me, but once they said they were coming, they did come. I would recommend them. I think they did a good job and it was a very good price. It was worth the wait.

Wayne is a true business professional. Wayne called me to give a job updates on the days I was not home.
Wayne stands behind his work and treats his customers with a great deal of respect. He has been in business for several years and is fully insured. I verified with his insurance.
His climbers were great and avoided creating ruts in the yard as the big bucket trucks were not required.
I made payments as the job progressed.
On windy or rainy day Wayne does not allow climbers in the trees for safety reasons.

Wayne's Tree removal did a great job removing the tree and they were definitely the best value. Other providers came in at $4000-$5000 because they wanted to use a crane (vs. $1700). Wayne's did everything with ropes which saved me tons of money. In terms of price and quality of work, it was excellent.
The watch out is that they are a little sloppy on dates and timing and sometimes showed up closing to 9:30am, rather than 8am as I had expected. So, I few times I had to call and ask "where are you?" One day was a "no show" because they thought it would rain....never had a drop. So if you need to lock and load on a date because you need to take the day of from work - Wayne's is probably not your place. However, if you have tolerance for this bit of unpredictability in terms of showing up, then you will get a VERY high quality job and a VERY good price! I would hire them again, just go in aware of this slight glitch.

Went very well. This is the second job Wayne has done for me. Very good value. Neighbor's driveway was slightly damaged by a heavy log sliding on to it. It was not very noticeable, but Wayne went over to the neighbor himself and then had the driveway professionally repaired.

They were VERY tall trees, and most were very big around. I was very concerned at first using a tree climbing company, vs. those that has trucks, etc, however they proved to be very knowledgeable, reliable, safe and diligent in their work--and even the companies with trucks would have had to climb some of the ones in the back of our house. They even had to work around an area of our yard we had just planted and didn't want damaged, a shed, porch, etc, and within 2 work days (probably about 6-8 hours each day) we had all the trees down. He was flexible with his price as we needed to keep the cost down, and we offered to do all the brush work, cutting up the logs, etc. We may hire them to do some of that work for us, as well, we had a great experience with this company! Before Wayne's estimate, I had several other estimates that were so expensive that I just figured that I was not going to get my trees cut down at all. Wayne worked with me to get the estimate into a price range that was unbelievably lower than the others. His price was about 1/3 the cost of most quotes I got. His price was so low that it actually made me a bit skeptical and I ended up hiring him for only 1 day and said that if his work is good, I will continue to have him finish the remainder of the work. In the end I hired him to finish the job, which took about 7 days total.
He told me that his costs are so low because he uses tree climbers rather than cranes to elevate the workers, which lowers his overhead. He is fully insured - I called his insurance company to confirm this. He also dumped the wood chips into my woods in my back yard and left the wood neatly sectioned on the ground - all to cut costs. This was a decision we made together to keep the costs down.
They would climb and cut the trees, using ropes to lower the large branches down so that they did not damage any of the adjacent areas. I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work that he and his crew provided. I would recommend observing and guiding the workers, especially if there are specifics about where you want the trees to fall. There were a few times when I had to tell them to alter their plans of how they were going to drop a tree because of the saplings I wanted to save or the location of where I wanted the wood to fall. They were very receptive to suggestions and easy to work with.
I have recommended them highly to several other people and will definitely continue to do so. I do plan to use them in the future.

I called Wayne's Tree Removal on a Thursday, he showed up as promised on Monday night. He quoted me $900 to cut the 15 trees of various sizes. For an extra $200 in labor and $100 for a new set of blades for his chipper, he would chip and haul a huge pile of old branches/small trees piled in our back yard.
He said he could come out Saturday between 7:30-9am. I agreed to hire him
Wayne showed up at 8am with a crew of 6, a couple of big trucks for the trees, one for the wood chips and a trailer or 2. His crew started right away and only took short breaks here and there and for a quick bite to eat. They were done by 2pm and did more than promised. My lawn didn't suffer since they gaffed the trees and topped them off.
They all did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the job all around.
I don't expect to need tree service again, but if I do, I will call Wayne!
