The most horrible experience ever. I have not met such team of people who are rude and unprofessional. Matt the measurer and estimator was rude from day one. The team which included Steve, Ken and Harry did a horrible job. First they installed one wall of cabinets not according to the design. So we complained to Home Depot about it. The next day when they arrived they all were very unfriendly. They didn't put anything to protect my floors. They didn't like when they were told to uninstall the cabinets and then reinstall them leaving holes in the cabinets. They didn't even leave much room around the fridge. Robert who was the lead crew project manager came in the evening and had an argument outside my garage with our electrician. They left my house WITHOUT FINISHING THE INSTALL WITH MESS ALL AROUND, which I had to clean. Nails sticking out from the back of the fridge frame. They had to cut the soft fit to cover up the drain pipe and cut the cabinet which we paid $400 extra to do the job. Its unfinished with popcorn finish taken out on one side. They DENIED TO FINISH IT. They cut the ceiling to make the hood vent outside. They covered the ceiling with drywall but DID NOT SEAL THE HOLE WITH TAPE AND FINISH IT. They just covered it with the cabinet. I wish I could post some photos and show the mess they made. I have complained to Home Depot and now wish they can resolve this issue.
DO NOT USE SENTERLINE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOUSY. HOME DEPOT SHOULD STOP GIVING THEM JOBS AS THEY DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS.
The staff were professional in every phase of the job and made it easy for us to manage.
I would recommend them to anyone who needed any remodeling done, Steve Senterline is top notch!
We had to wait over a month for the electric outlet cover and when I was called and told it was on back order again and would not be in till Dec., I told them this was not acceptable and requested they change the outlet to one that had a cover and they did this with a different electrician. After we painted the bathroom we discovered that the walls were not taped and plastered properly and had to have this redone, which they did. The other problem has been our pocket door which was getting rub marks on it before we even attempted to paint it. We were not able to have the contractor come out to look at this until after the holidays and when they came out they said they couldn't find anything really wrong with the door. There was also a long deep scratch in the door and my husband felt that a nail or screw that was used to insert the door must have been protruding in the door frame. They said they couldn't see anything and wanted us to just try and paint it again. Or we could pay them or another contractor to rip the door and install a regular door!. Shortly after leaving the house they called and said home depot said there was a problem with that particular door and they said they would fix it for us but sent someone out the next day to try and talk us into going with what we had. We my husband came home from work, he looked in the pocket door opening with a flashlite and immediately saw the protruding screws which he showed to the next contractor who came to the house and absolutely agreed with us. I have since had surgery so have had to wait to call them back to fix this problem. We also have an american standard wall mount toilet that has been randomly gurgling since 2 weeks after install and my husband who is a plumber had not been able to figure out what the problem is inc. calling the manufacturer so we are trying to contact the plumber who did the job from senterline to get his help but he hasn't called us yet. We were given his no and told to contact him ourself.
very good
