I think this contractor signed up on Angie's List in April, 2018. I received a quote from him in May and he started mowing my lawn shortly thereafter. He wasn't the cheapest but he was responsive and for the first month and a half, he showed up every week. After he mowed my lawn a few times, he asked me to write a review, which I did. I have since asked Angie's List to take it down. In July, he became very unreliable. I have a small yard and I think he ended up with enough new business, that he decided he really didn't need my business anymore. He would promise to show up on a certain day and didn't. I had to keep e-mailing him to see when he would be cutting my lawn. The last e-mail I sent him, he responded that he was behind because of all the rain we had. (He promised to show up on a certain day and never showed up or e-mailed me back) He was already barely cutting my lawn every two weeks and with the heavy rain, my lawn was really long. I never heard from him again. I paid the two invoices he sent me as requested and on time. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and he left me in a bind when I had to pay double just to get my lawn length back to normal. I think he was very unprofessional in how he handled himself. I think he should have made it right and cut my lawn, even if said he wouldn't do it after that. I will never recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful, employees were friendly, respectful of our property, cleaned after their services were completed, and responded to any concerns we had initially and following instillation! They stand behind their work! I would definitely use them in the future!

Did the job without delay. Looking to rehire now for a different project.

I contacted RKM and Robert responded in a very timely manner. Upon meeting, he was polite and professional. His rate is very reasonable so I hired him on the spot. Since then, RKM has mowed my lawn timely and it looks great!! I highly recommend RKM!

We found them on Angie’s list. ?Robert contacted me right away, arrived as promised, and was very courteous. They work hard, quickly, and respectfully at a reasonable price! ? We were so impressed with them, we hired them for our weekly maintenance of our yard ????
