Two years ago we had a leaking window. As a first time home owner, I contacted Renewal by Andersen for a new window. A Renewal salesperson sold us a replacement for the leaking window and another that we chose at random to qualify for financing. The window was installed on Dec 31, 2021. The day after the window was installed, it was leaking. I then spent the better part of a year trying to get the Southern New England group to remedy the situation. Six weeks to send someone to assess the problem, another several months of calling without return for further information. One employee said we should have been sold a different window. Someone I spoke with last week said a new window won't fix our problem. In that case, it’s my opinion that the company should take responsibility for the poor advice and lack of consideration of the problem we experienced. The only concession the division leader, Greg Mazares, was willing to offer me was a quote for $1800 on a third window. As I've already mentioned, the window continues to leak, and a new window, according to them, will not solve our problem, making that "offer” a total cop out. The sales employee failed to advise us that the problem was likely larger than the window itself. Should that have happened, we would not have pursued window replacement until the root of the problem was identified and remedied. I've been paying $200/month for these windows for almost two years. We have two children and many expenses, and still have a bucket on the windowsill every time it rains. I've asked the Southern New England division to refund us the remaining balance on the account so I can move on with necessary repairs. I am paying for a window replacement that should never have been sold to me and I want Andersen to take responsibility for the employees' errors along the way. As a reputable company, it is the right thing to do. Andersen's willingness to take our money with no regard for us as homeowners or customers has left us scarred and demoralized as we look to find someone trustworthy enough to work on our home.

The prices are high and couldn't sort of get them to break things down an itemize that's always a challenge. But they are really nice windows.  They did really good work and cleaned up everything and there was not a mess.

They did a good job. The salesperson was very accommodating. The service providers who also put in the windows also did a very  thorough and clean job. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a high quality job. They came in and they provided a quality product. I thought their price was a little high.
