This repair began well. The company was very good about returning calls and getting everything ready to go. As it progressed, things became  worse. Messes were rarely cleaned up after the days work. In fact, there are still nails all over my yard. Whenever new workers entered the house he would not introduce them to my sister who waas there during most of the work while I was at work. The person in charge was often rude and nasty to my sister when things did not go as planned. The quality of the work was terrible. I am now paying someone thousands of dollars to fix what they did wrong. The ice and water shield were not installed properly on the edges of the roof. The dormer was not flashed properly. In fact portions were not flashed at all. There were a few small things that were left unfinished that he promised to come back and fix after I paid him. He never did any of it.
