+ 2 moreThis repair began well. The company was very good about returning calls and getting everything ready to go. As it progressed, things became worse. Messes were rarely cleaned up after the days work. In fact, there are still nails all over my yard. Whenever new workers entered the house he would not introduce them to my sister who waas there during most of the work while I was at work. The person in charge was often rude and nasty to my sister when things did not go as planned. The quality of the work was terrible. I am now paying someone thousands of dollars to fix what they did wrong. The ice and water shield were not installed properly on the edges of the roof. The dormer was not flashed properly. In fact portions were not flashed at all. There were a few small things that were left unfinished that he promised to come back and fix after I paid him. He never did any of it.
Description of Work: Super storm Sandy caused a tree to fall on my house. This destroyed my front deck, put a hole in my roof and damage the "dog house" dormer on my house. They removed the remaining debris and repaired the hole in my roof. They then replaced the shingles and gutters. They rebuilt the dormer and put in a new window. They also repaired numerous cracks throughout the house. This required new sheetrock in places. This sheetrock was then taped and sanded.
