They showed up on schedule at 8am.   There were enough workmen to do the individual jobs at the same time.   The men were finished by noon.   There was no debris left (they even cleaned up several piles of debris that I had left around my property).   I was amazed at how efficiently they went about completing the jobs .    I would certainly use them again.

I called about 7 different mulch providers in the area to get pricing for 27 yards of mulch. A couple never responded, but I received about 4 different quotes. Of the quotes, Evergreen was by far the least expensive. I asked a few questions about the quality of the mulch and they assured me it was very high quality. (I was satisfied with the answer they gave me, although I don't remember it now.) I told them I would get back to them with my decision. When I did, we picked up where we left off and it was a smooth/easy purchase transaction. They asked me how I wanted the load delivered (split up? all in one place?) I gave them very specific instructions, which they said they'd note to the delivery driver. Indeed, they did! When he arrived, he asked me again how I wanted it delivered (before he dumped it) and I gave him a slightly different answer than the instructions (because I forgot). He clarified and I reverted to the original plan. Extremely polite, on time (on the early end of the time range they gave me), and the mulch was very high quality - excellent. I was 100% pleased with every aspect of their service.
To top it off, they sent me a and quot;Thank you for your businessand quot; postcard, which almost never happens these days. I was really impressed and have referred them to my landscaper and friends as a result.

We have used Evergreen Tree Service in the past for trimming and removing trees as well as stump grinding - and have always been very happy with their work. When we moved to our new home, I couldn't bear to leave a tree there that my father had planted for me, especially since he had since passed away. Wayne was hesitant to quote the project for me, and was very candid but respectful in telling me that there was a very good chance that the tree would not survive since it was already so large. It didn't matter to me - my dad had inadvertently planted it beneath power lines and it would soon be cut down anyway.... the least I could do was try.

Wayne's team showed up to do the job with 3 huge trucks, a backhoe and a forklift. They worked hard carefully digging around the tree and getting a huge root ball in order to give it the best possible chance of survival.... but when it came out of the ground, 1/2 the root ball fell off. No fault of Wayne's team - my dad had planted it on top of a stump (ugh!) and it was the old rotted stump that had fallen out. The team still did their best to give the tree the best possible chance of survival in our new home.

I probably don't need to tell you that it didn't survive - but that is okay. I actually am at peace with that - I know that there was nothing more Wayne's team could have done to transport that tree for me. During the entire project they were very open and honest about the fact it would be very expensive, and the chances of a positive outcome were very low. That didn't deter them from doing an extremely professional job with excellence - and I am grateful they were willing to do their very best to try. I really feel like if my dad hadn't of planted it on top of a stump... it would have survived.

I called provider and left message inquiring about firewood. I received a call back within 1 hour on a Friday and arranged for delivery the following Tues. which was the next business day due to the Columbus Day holiday. Provider confirmed delivery on Tuesday morning, as requested and delivered a few hours later. Firewood was dumped right where instructed in a very neat pile. I have purchased firewood for 6 years and found this wood to be more seasoned than I have received from other providers. I also found the quantity of firewood to be a generous 2 cords. My only minor criticism would be that the length of the pieces was not as consistent as other providers but my stove can handle longer pieces so not an issue for me.

Evergreen was the 3rd tree service that I tried to work with and very likely will be the last. After months of 2 separate services not showing up I called Evergreen. After 1 slight fit and start caused by snow, the project was completed. When there was the delay due to snow I received a phone call and a full explanation as to why they were not coming (1. snow, 2.snow makes the yard wet which makes things more difficult and messier for tree guys.) When they did make it out they did an excellent job, some major tire tracks were left in the yard but the grass was wet and we've been having some other extensive construction in the yard so it was not really an issue for us. We had other workers in the yard at the same time and the two companies did a great job working together to make sure they didn't get into each others' way. The guys working in the yard were polite and professional and the office staff was as well.

Wood was delivered, good quality, reasonable price, prompt service. Would use services again.

Delivery was quick and on time. Wood was all split and dry and seemed to be actual cord size, or close to it. Size of individual pieces varied, with most wood in the 16-18 inch range but some pieces were up to 24 of 26 inches and some were small 6 or 8 inch chunks. In terms of diameter or thickness, some of the wood was kindling size, and some between kindling and log-burning size. All the wood has burned well so far, and burned well last season, too.

They were in and out in an hour or so and cleaned up nicely after the job. The only thing I would have changed was that I would have liked to know ahead of time the day that they were coming as I was just given a two week window (which they arrived within) but other than that, no complaints and would use them again.

They were prompt, on time. Their wood was good quality and dry and split. Their cords appeared to come much closer to actual cords than other wood providers I have used. A few pieces were as long as 24 inches, most were around 18 inches.

The jobs were done well and the work was neatly cleaned up.

They delivered firewood. We had asked for it not to be delivered until November because we wouldn't have time to stack it but they forgot and delivered it early. When contacted about the error, they took full responsibility and came back promptly the next day and stacked it for us.

Everything went well. The wood was of good quality, and they delivered on time.

I spoke directly to the owner on the phone. He was very professional and informative. The recommendation he gave was for a less expensive but high quality mulch for my gardening purposes. I appreciated that he did not simply try to sell the most expensive product he had. I ordered the mulch over the phone on a Wednesday evening and it was in my yard on Friday morning, as promised. The service was professional., prompt and reasonably priced. I am especially happy with the quality of the product.

I am very happy with them. They have done excellent work for us in the past. They do everything we ask them to and they do it well. They are a very good company to do business with and I would highly recommend them.
