I found Kevin’s ad for a used Maytag washer and dryer as advertised in excellent condition less than 2 years old. Kevin was speedy with the delivery (on Thursday, November 14th, 2024) he assured me that he had a 30 day warranty on anything he sells. He hooked up the machine hoses and as soon as he was paid claimed he had to leave and go to his grandmother. Later, I discovered that the hoses were backwards, hot on cold and cold on hot after the machine was tested and not working correctly. (I contacted Kevin about this and he apologized but didn’t offer to come back and fix the machine) Then Kevin went silent and ignored all my calls and texts.) it was filling up and not spinning, just leaving the wet laundry in the tub. After hoses were reversed the machine would still not spin the laundry. Checking online we tried reprogramming the machine. Now it belches a loud grinding noise, it still isn’t working right. I recently found out that Kevin sells stolen machines and does not fix them.
