Terribly. I got ripped off and overcharged $155.
Without asking permission, Dr. Satinas, one of the practice owners took a stool sample (by shoving his hand up my dog's rectum) and charged us for a worm test. This was completely unnecessary as our dog is on monthly worm meds and is in our yard all the time.
Also was administered another medication without our permission.
My brother is a vet out of state and explained to me how both of these things were done, again without my permission, to run up our bill.
I complained to practice manager the next day who kept saying that the vet would call me to discuss and he never did.

We are one of these families who will go the extra mile and dollar for our pets. And for our hard-earned money, South Wilton and Dr. Robertson are the best value for the care we get. Dr. Robertson's knowledge is uncanny: she can figure out what's wrong with our dogs even before we describe all the symptoms! In my book, she is the Superwoman of vets. 
It's true that in the past, not now, we've had a small communication problem with her staff. I believe it was out of being overprotective of Dr. Robertson's time. I mentioned the incident to the doctor and it was immediately addressed. But let me ask this: what office hasn't lived through a bit of miscommunication? It's nothing compared to the absolutely fantastic care your pets will receive with South Wilton vet. We have 10 years of proof.

I brought her there with an eye problem and the doctor reaized what it was immediately and gave her a shot, flushed out her eyes and put eye drops in and gave me drops to take home for a week and to come back and have her checked out at that time. She was very warm and listened to all my questions.

All the vets there are great.

Dr Chang is wonderful. She understands small dogs and understands the particular things to look out for with a small dog. Very comfortable with cats as well, ours who is usually hyper just calms in her presence. She is clear with explanations, assuring, patient with answering questions, and diplomatic when giving suggestions or expressing any concerns. We appreciate her direct but gentle professionalism and are so thankful for such a knowledgable, pleasant, and peaceful veterinarian.

The staff is top notch in all ways. I love the doctors too, although they are not handholders, they are strictly business. Extremely knowlegeable and thorough. However, I never seem to get out of there without spending over $200. Maybe this is the norm everywhere. I have high confidence in their diagnostic skills. Have tried many many other vets, and will stick with these vets in spite of the high prices.

I highly recommend them. The owner and everybody there is good. It is expensive but the level of care is very good. They are extremely knowledgeable and they come from one of the top veterinary schools. I have an uncommon breed of dog and they knew a lot of issues with the breed. They were just terrific. They are pricey but they are excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are one of the few Veterinary Groups that specialize in Birds & other exotics, not just dogs & cats. I have 4 four birds 2 Parakeets & 2 dusky headed Conures that have received excellent care over the years with them. When one of my Bird's had stomach cancer they sat down & went over all my options & the costs & the Bird's quality of life.
